Our work for Health Service Executive
A fresh insight
01 September 2007

The Health Service Executive (HSE) recently undertook a national consumer satisfaction survey to understand the views and attitudes of the general public as to how health services are delivered.
Two documents were designed: a full report which conveyed the detailed findings of the survey and a summary version which contained a cross section of the results.
Our principal challenge was to ensure that the information was accessible. This was achieved by utilising a vibrant colour palette of blues and greens and introducing a hierarchical system of text, graphs, charts and tables to illustrate the findings of the survey clearly and concisely. The eye-catching cover designs incorporated graphic icons which were created to represent various aspects of the health services.
