Roma BrandScope

Roma is positioned as Ireland's number one pasta brand. The Roma core range includes pasta, rice, tomato products, olive oil, Formaggio da Pasta cheese, canned vegetables, ready-made meals and a new range of organic products.

Our brand research project for Roma was about discovering the brand's stretch potential, considering its core strengths and place-of-origin connections. Our research concluded that the brand should focus on its core product offering - good quality tomato-based products, pastes, puree's, antipasti, oils, pasta, and rice; the core ingredients for any Italian meal. The brand should not diversify beyond its core proposition.
