DeepStream Technologies literature dolphins

Successfully communicating the unique attributes of an innovative technology platform is no mean feat. DeepStream Technologies, developers of a revolutionary embedded digital diagnostic and predictive system, have just launched a new suite of BFK-designed literature. We worked closely with the Senior Management team at DeepStream to define and focus their message. The new literature makes use of sophisticated illustration to communicate complex messages and to establish a unique and distinctive visual style for DeepStream. This style is designed to enable coordinated communications across the broad range of market sectors targeted by DeepStream. The brochures are targeted at non-technical senior management, typically CEOs and CFOs, within major European OEMs whose product range may be enhanced by the addition of DeepStream technology. The first brochure is a general overview of the DeepStream technology platform. The second explains the potential for DeepStream technology in the building automation sector. David Hall, DeepStream's Business Development Manager says ‘the format has been well received and the literature aligns well with our aims of presenting DeepStream as an innovative, strategic business partner.'

DeepStream Technologies website screengrab

DeepStream Technologies turned to us to develop the structure and site architecture for their new corporate website. Having named and branded DeepStream, we were in the position of having a strong understanding of the companies' proposition and personality. We recommended that DeepStream implement a database-driven website that would allow them to update and manage their site efficiently. This new structure means that the site will scale with the company. We conducted a review of best practise in site structures for technology companies. Based on principles agreed from that research, we created a site architecture that allows DeepStream to communicate a mix of product-focussed and market-focussed messages to their potential clients. We prepared a site map and comprehensive documentation outlining each of the structural elements required on each class of page and their relationships. Finally, we prepared visuals showing how the DeepStream brand personality and identity style would be applied to these underlying elements. These documents were used as the basis for building the site. The site was built by UK-based web consultancy Net Magik.

DeepStream Technologies brand mark

DeepStream Technologies is an exciting high-technology start-up named and branded by BFK. Based in Wales, the company creates intelligent sensor technology with multiple potential applications in everything from switchgear and consumer appliances to the automotive and medical industries. We worked with the management team to create a global brand for the company and, more importantly, for its technology platform which will be embedded in OEM equipment. The project encompassed brand strategy consultancy, naming and brand mark design. Visual implementation so far includes launch materials, literature, external and internal signage.
