The Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) has an extensive range of forms which are used both internally and externally on a daily basis. Earlier in 2010 we re-branded the ISE. Since then we have worked on implementing the new brand identity in all key brand touchpoints. To ensure consistency we have created a complete new suite of over thirty sophisticated digital forms that present complex information in user-friendly, easy-to-understand layouts, all optimised for clarity and designed to improve efficiency.

These forms are essential items that contribute greatly to the ISE brand experience, as such they should reflect the professionalism and high standards of the institution. Their older forms had been developed on an ad-hoc basis over many years and were inconsistent in their content, structure and visual expression. We defined and implemented a standardised approach, allowing the ISE greater consistency through these communications.
The new forms make use of visual elements developed as part of our extensive ISE brand system. All are typeset in the corporate font, use more direct and concise headings and utilise clean, logical and understated layout conventions. These forms are also far more useful for member companies, having fully-editable Microsoft Word templates available for download for the first time.
To ensure that the ISE maximised the value of their investment, we carried out a number of on-site training sessions to introduce these new forms. This guaranteed that all of the ISE team were familiar with, and understood, their new suite of forms.
"This new suite of enhanced digital forms has been well received by our customers: delivering well structured and easy to complete forms, thereby enhancing our customer's brand experience in a basic — yet important — manner.” —Daryl Byrne, Head of Strategy Planning & Brand at ISE
