We have worked with Aer Lingus since 2007 when we developed a new aerlingus.com brand mark to bring this online sales channel into closer alignment with the airline’s corporate brand.
In 2010 we carried out a full brand review. Working with Aer Lingus we redefined the brand values to better capture the true essence of the brand. The result was newly coordinated brand rollout that was captured in a new BFK-produced brand manual. We have since continued to update the brand manual to ensure its relevance to this continuously developing brand.
Our work with Aer Lingus has covered the full breadth of the airline’s brand development, ranging from consulting on inflight experience to airport customer touch points, from internal communications to launching new service offerings.
In 2014 we led the communications and designed the launch of Aer Lingus’s new long-haul Business Class to reposition the service in the minds of customers, trade partners and staff.
In 2015 Aer Lingus was announced as the official airline of the Irish rugby team. We designed a unique aircraft livery to promote the sponsorship by bringing together these two iconic Irish brands, each with long and rich heritage.
In summary, our work with Aer Lingus has covered a broad spectrum of strategy-based brand activity designed to enhance employee engagement with the airline’s service delivery with the ultimate objective of delivering increased value through enhanced customer engagement.
